I use fins ai tweaks and limited spawns to 25 ai max that seemed to help a lot. Also played around with the advanced config to spread spawns out more evenly. Never tried dlss in sp tarkov but I tried it on live and it just looks absolutely horrendous so I don’t bother with it. Gave me a fat frame boost in live though but to me it’s not ...
